SIMONSEN A/K/A CLEONA ELEANOR SIMONSEN, DECEASED; KRISTINE P. SIMONSEN MONUS A/K/A KRISTINE P. SIMONSEN-MONUS A/K/A KRISTINE P. MONUS F/K/A KRISTINE P. SIMONSE, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CLEONA E.
