NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 10CA005548 of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 19th day of June, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
