NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007618 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Jeanette Grist, Richard Grist, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
