THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS POLICY IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF PASCO, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOTS 27 AND 28, HUDSON HILLS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 15900 BRENDA ST, HUDSON, FL 34667; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 26, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
