NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-000988 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005 MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff, and DANA L. HITT, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
