you are each notified that a one day jury trial has been scheduled in the above-styled matter before Honorable James R. Stearns. The trial in this cause will be heard by Judge Stearns on the 8th day of June, A.D., 2015 at 9:00 A.M., at the Pasco County Courthouse, West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Notice of Jury Trial shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer on May 29, 2015 and June 5, 2015 as notification to defendants.
