NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000868-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DONNA KRUMWIEDE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ED HERMAN, are defendants. Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, TAMPA DOWNS HEIGHTS, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
