NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-005694 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and STACY L. ANDREWS; E*TRADE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; MIRABAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, MIRABAY PHASE 3A-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 79, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
