NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-8541 Div G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY (BB&T), SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ASSET ACQUISITION FROM THE F.D.I.C. AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF LAKE COUNTY is Plaintiff and JOHN PHIPPS, THE CITY OF TAMPA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #10, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #11NKA MICHAEL JAMES, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #12, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2NKA AMANDA MOODY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #3NKA ELIZABETH COTHAM, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #4 NKA PAUL SIMONE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #5 NKA JANE ROBINSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #6 JOSEPH WILSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #7 JOSEPH WILSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #8, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #9 NKA WILLIAM DYES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN PHIPPS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Parcel 1: Lot 1 and the North 39 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, together with the East ½ of alley abutting thereon, Tropical Terrace Unit No. 2, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Parcel 2: The South 18 feet of Lot 2, all of Lot 3 and the North 14 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, together with the East ½ of the abutting closed alley thereon, Tropical Terrace unit No. 2, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 15 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Parcel 3: Lot 5 and the South 43 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, together with the East ½ of closed alley abutting thereon, Tropical Terrace Unit No. 2, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
