NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-028005, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. TRIBBLE; BEVERLY GOGGINS A/K/A BEVERLY L. TRIBBLE, HIS WIFE; BIRMINGHAM BANCORP MORTGAGE COMPORATION, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
