NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2015, and entered in 08-CA-027976 DIV C of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and HAMID SALAHUTDIN; PENELOPE SALAHUTDIN A/K/A PENELOPE SALAHUTDIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL , LLC F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL , NETWORK , INC C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM, REGISTERED AGENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTH ¼ CORNER OF SAID SECTION AND RUN NORTH 1 DEGREE 24' 43” WEST ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID SECTION 33, A DISTANCE OF 658.60 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 33 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 18' 19” WEST ALONG SAID LINE A DISTANCE OF 1385.81 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF RACE TRACK ROAD (33 FOOT ½ RW BY MAINTENANCE); THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 09' 54” EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY A DISTANCE OF 179.46 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF A ONE ACRE OUT PARCEL; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 27' 11” EAST A DISTANCE OF 288.66 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 04' 09” EAST A DISTANCE OF 151.21 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL AND A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 33; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 19' 51” EAST ALONG SAID LINE 1088.32 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH-SOUTH CENTERLINE OF SAID SECTION 33; THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 24' 43” EAST ALONG SAID LINE A DISTANCE OF 329.43 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
