NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-011487 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST OLGA T. MOOTOO A/K/A OLGA TOPPING MOOTOO, DECEASED; KAHLI C. MOOTOO, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF OLGA T. MOOTOO A/K/A OLGA TOPPING MOOTOO, DECEASED; KAIAMA B. HAMER F/K/A KAIAMA MOOTOO, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF OLGA T. MOOTOO A/K/A OLGA TOPPING MOOTOO, DECEASED; VALERIE Y. EVANS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF OLGA T. MOOTOO A/K/A OLGA TOPPING MOOTOO, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 7/2/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
