NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST RAYMOND HINDY DECEASED; JOSEPH RAYMOND HINDY AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND HINDY, DECEASED; ROBERT PAUL HINDY AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND HINDY, DECEASED; CATHERINE MARIE SAUVE F/K/A CATHERINE M.
