SMART; TENANT #1 N/K/A LINDA M. SMART are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 7/2/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 52 FEET OF LOT 5, AND THE WEST 52 FEET OF THE SOUTH 55 FEET OF LOT 6, AND LOT 4, LESS THE WEST 100 FEET THEREOF, AND THE EAST 35 FEET OF THE SOUTH 55 FEET OF LOT 3, ALL IN BLOCK 7, HILL'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
