NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-011756, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROSANNA M. SARACENO A/K/A ROSANA M. WOLDRIDGE A/K/A ROSANNA M. WOLDRIDGE; VIEUX CARRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Situated in the County of Hillsborough and Stale of Florida: That certain Condominium Parcel composed at Unit Number 54 and an undivided 1.78275 percent interest or share in the common elements appurtenants thereto, the accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, assessments, terms and other provisions of the Declarat ion of Condominium of Vieux Carre” Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 3034, page 123 through 170, inclusive and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book I, Pages 75·1 through 75·7 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
