NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-170 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and MANUEL LOPEZ, et al. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
