NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-001700-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A. is Plaintiff and SCOTT R. DRUMMOND , CINDY R. DRUMMOND, REDINGTON BEACH PROPERTY OWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, Redington Beach Homes, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 109, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less and except road right-of-way rights conveyed to the State of Florida in Deed recorded in O.R. Book 5489, Page 1949, Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
