NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2015 in Civil Case No. 522011CA008275XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and MARIA RONSIVALLE, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA FKA WFS FINANCIAL, INC., ALFIO SPITALERI, JASON MICKEY AKA JASON A. MICKEY, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON A. MICKEY NKA JENNIFER MICKEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA RONSIVALLE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, OF BAY VISTA PARK REPLAT 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
