NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-005505-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. WOLF, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SHIRIN K. TARAZ A/K/A SHIRIN KARIN TARAZ, JOSEF KOLBA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT, NO. 207, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, CRITICAL SYSTEM SOLUTIONS, LLC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEF KOLBA N/K/A ELSA KOLBA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRIN K. TARAZ A/K/A SHIRIN KARIN TARAZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA A. WOLF,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Shirin K. Taraz a/k/a Shirin Karin Taraz, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 302, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 207, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 63-64, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3675, Page 217, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
