YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, ASHLEY DOWNS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, Inc., herein in the following described property:
The East 4.30 feet of Lot 6 and the West 20.31 feet of Lot 7, Block 5, ASHLEY DOWNS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 114, Pages 30 and 31, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3470 Primrose Way, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 6-29-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
