Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated May 7, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 11-010796-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-23CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23CB is the Plaintiff, and HEATHER POWELL A/K/A HEATHER ELIZABETH POWELL, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 122, THE CROSSINGS AT LAKE TARPON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 64 THROUGH 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
