Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated May 19, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-005953-CO, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ALICIA HARDING, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, PINELLAS County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, Block 22, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 115, Pages 81 and 82, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
