NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-012535-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHARLENE P. DAVANPORT;BOBBY M. DAVANPORT; BOBBY M. DAVANPORT, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHARLENE P. DAVANPORT; AMSOUTH BANK; ISPC; SONJA D. RUSSELL; JASMINE A. RUSSELL; JAROD A. RUSSELL, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH SONJA D. RUSSELL, AS HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN; SONJA D. RUSSELL, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST FOR GRANDCHILDREN LAST WILL OF CHARLENE P. DAVANPORT; UNKNOWN HEIRS/BENEFICIARIES OF CHARLENE P. DAVANPORT, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK “C”, NORTHWOOD ESTATES TRACT C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
