NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-007776-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING & TRUST COMPANY, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is Plaintiff and GEORGIA T. SMITH; MARVIN L. JENKINS; RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC.; ROOTER-MAN OF TAMPA BAY, LLC; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT/ LOT NO. 227 OF RANCHERO VILLAGE CO OP, INC,. A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “B” (THE “PLOT PLAN”) OF THE DECLARATION OF MASTER FORM OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14878 PAGE 207 ET SEQ. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “MASTER AGREEMENT”) AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” TO SAID MASTER AGREEMENT.
INCLUDING A 1971 SOUT MOBILE HOME WITH VIN# 1197A AND 1197B AND TITLE NUMBERS 4981705 & 4981706 WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED PART OF THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
