NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-004550-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A. as Trustee for VOLT 2012-RPL2 Asset Holdings Trust, by Caliber Home Loans, Inc., as its attorney in fact is the Plaintiff and Katha D. Rich; Unknown Spouse of Katha D. Rich; Palisades Collection LLC assignee for Providian are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28A, WEDGE WOOD OF PALM HARBOR-UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGES 3-6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
