NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-008792-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and CHUNG J. CHEN; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 65, BELLE HARBOR-PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 136, PAGES 19 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R.BOOK 13739, PAGE 242 TO 350, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 14170, PAGE 2396 TO 2431, ALL ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 505 Mandalay Ave Unit 65, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
