Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated May 18, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 09-007984-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MELODY LOVE WHITE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOT 1, AND THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 4, AND THAT PART OF THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 3, WHICH LIES NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THAT CERTAIN DITCH DESCRIBED IN DECREE IN CHANCERY CASE # 28458, SAID DECREE RECORDED IN C.O. BOOK 221, PAGE 371 (CLERK`S INSTRUMENT NO. 752198) PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, ALL BEING IN BLOCK 1, JOSEPH PUIG`S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
