Claims a lien on this 2005 Volkswagen VIN #3VWSF71K05M609509 for labor & services in the amount of $157.50: owner or anyone claiming legal interest in said vehicle, paying the cash sum to lienor, would be sufficient to redeem said vehicle. Claim is subject to enforcement pursuant to F.S. 713.585. The owner of the motor vehicle has a right to recover possession of the motor vehicle without instituting judicial proceedings by posting a bond in accordance with the provisions of F.S. 559.917. Any remaining proceeds from the sale, after payment of the amount of claim, to lienor, will be deposited with the clerk of the court for disposition upon court order.
