NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10002739CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and DONALD E. REYNOLDS; MELANIE ANN REYNOLDS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; PREMIUM ASSET RECOVERY CORP. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of June, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, CHESTERFIELD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 42 THROUGH 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
