NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-009181-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and DONNA LYNN MOORE, ET AL., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 6, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK D, GULF TO BAY ACRES, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
