NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2015, and entered in 14-005324-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
is the Plaintiff and VICTORIA L. WILLIAMS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF AUDREY MARGARET PAJARES A/K/A AUDREY M. PAJARES A/K/A AUDREY PAJARES, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE AUDREY MARGARET PAJARES A/K/A AUDREY M. PAJARES A/K/A AUDREY PAJARES REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE AUDREY MARGARET PAJARES A/K/A AUDREY M. PAJARES A/K/A AUDREY PAJARES REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT; BARBARA A. EAMES; VICTORIA L. WILLIAMS; LINDA L. DAVIS; JULIE M. PAJARES; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 28 FEET OF LOT 14, AND WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 6, NORTON'S SUBDIVISION NO. TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
