NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, and entered in 11-007409-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR QUEST TRUST 2005-X1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-X1 is the Plaintiff and GRANT U. FRIEND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRANT U. FRIEND; NANNETTE FRIEND A/K/A NANNETTE M. FRIEND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANNETTE FRIEND A/K/A NANNETTE M. FRIEND; BARBARA FRIEND; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND A PART OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2, SCOTSDALE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 53-58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 5, THENCE S 61º 08' 05” W 139.67 FEET; THENCE N 62º 09' 25” E 27.03 FEET; THENCE N 73º 06'48” E 34.05 FEET THENCE N 79º 44' 51” E 66.93 FEET; THENCE N 00º 03' 03” W 33.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
