F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN FACT is the Plaintiff and JAMES SANDERS; DOLLY BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK; CASSANDRA SANDERS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE N/K/A MARGE ULRICH are the Defendant(s). CONDOMINIUM UNIT T-105, TARA BUILDING, DOLLY BAY, A VILLAGE ON LAKE TARPON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5651, PAGE 915, RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5652, PAGE 1672, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS TOGETHER AND PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 72, PAGE 99, WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
