Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 20, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 10-006921-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-25 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-25 is the Plaintiff, and NGUYET-HANG ASHLEY VU, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 35, BLOCK 17, VENETIAN ISLES UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 81 AND 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
