Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 19, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 13-010659-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY GUYNN, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 192, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 14.40 FEET THEREOF AND THE SOUTHERLY 4.40 FEET OF LOT 191, HARBOR PALMS-UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
