Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 7, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of said Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 303 BUILDING 3 PHASE II OF BRADFORD ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 86 AT PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLRATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BRADFORD ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5917 AT PAGES 28 THROUGH 110 INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION. a/k/a 2142 Bradford St. # 303, Clearwater, FL 33760.
