NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-012854-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is the Plaintiff and MARIA T. MARCANO; TERRY MARCANO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WHISPERING WINDS, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/18/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 66, WHISPERING WINDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 63-66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
