POUNCEY; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A KIM BAKER; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/17/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
