NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001288-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2002-KS4, is Plaintiff, and ELI MAGEN A/K/A ELIYAHU MAGEN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS FATHER AND NATURAL GUARDIAN OF HUNTER MAGEN, A MINOR CHILD, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 46, Orange Bay, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 60, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
