Final Judgment was awarded on December 7, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-022796-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF10 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES ENGLISH; ROBIN ENGLISH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
