NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002873 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and TUAN LUONG; LEGACY PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE COMMONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 30th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
