NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2015 entered in Case No. 13002877CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Joseph L. Spirido a/k/a Joseph Leo Spirido f/k/a Joseph L. Spirydowicz a/k/a Joseph L. Spirydowicz, Jr.,; Lia R. Flanders; Mima C. Beams; Mima C. Beams as Personal Representative of the Estate of Joseph L. Spirido a/k/a Joseph Leo Spirido f/k/a Joseph L. Spirydowicz a/k/a Joseph L. Spirydowicz, Jr.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Section 20 Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on November 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 589, PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z42, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
