Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Barbara T. Scott, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on December 3, 2015, at 11:00 o'clock, A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 243, Rotonda West, Pebble Beach, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 13A - 13L, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Having an address of 250 Mark Twain Lane, Rotonda West, FL 33947; Tax Parcel ID number 412014356008;
pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-000836-CA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
