NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-000285 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein SANTANDER BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION was the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN TABER, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 4 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BLOCK 176, PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION FOURTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 9A THROUGH 9Q, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
