NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 22 September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001328 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Covered Bridge Estates Community Association, Inc., Jean Hatfield, as Trustee of the Jean Hatfield Living Trust dated October 8, 2014, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Jean Hatfield Living Trust dated October 8, 2014, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 1st of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 29, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 4A, 4B, 5A, AND 5B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 195, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
