NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA1649 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff and DOUG MONHOLLON, et. al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, SCOTT TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 161, 162 AND 163, MANATEE COUNTY, FLOIRDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
