NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described below, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
LOT 39, RIVER WOODS, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 64 THROUGH 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
