NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, and entered in 2014CA004513AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and DIANE SPANGLER; DENNIS E. POWELL, JR.; JACQUELINE C. COVINGTON; HENRIETTA G. ADAMS; JORDAN POWELL; JARRED POWELL; MAKENNA POWELL; MASON POWELL; WILDEWOOD SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 157, PINEHURST VILLAGE OF WILDWOOD SPRINGS, STAGE 1-B, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 786, PAGES 612 THROUGH 670, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN COMDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
