NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 06, 2015, and entered in 2015CA000114 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and CLAYTON E. EASON A/K/A CLAYTON EASON; KIMBERLY EASON; MEADOW LAKE MAINTENANCE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 04, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK B, MEADOW LAKE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 137 THROUGH 139, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
