NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-001409, in which Plaintiff, Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R By MCM Capital Partners LLC, It's Trustee, and Defendants, David J. Mankes; Pamela S. Mankes; Martin Bednar; Summerfield/Riverwalk Village Association, Inc, and all persons, corporations, or other entities claiming by, through, or under the defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 97, Summerfield Village Subphase C Unit 5, Tract 300, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page(s) 127 through 129, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11 a.m., on the 1st day of December, 2015, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
